Who Requires a Visa?
A Singapore visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid Singapore visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass will be determined by the ICA officers at the point of entry. Possession of a valid visa alone does not guarantee entry into Singapore.

Letter of Invitation
In some cases, attendees may require a letter of invitation from World Council of Credit Unions to facilitate the processing of the visa. To request a letter of invitation, please do the following:
- Register for the conference and submit payment. Your letter of invitation can not be processed until payment is received in full.
- Download and complete the Request for Letter of Invitation Form.
- Email the completed form to Kassandra Schroeder, Registration Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Letters of invitation will only be issued once the above documentation, conference registration and payment have been received. Issuance of a visa letter is subject to review by World Council. Incomplete requests may not be processed. All letters will be emailed as a PDF, no exceptions. Visa letters will be emailed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the completed form and after registration and full payments have been processed.
*Please make sure to carry your Visa Information with you when traveling to Singapore.
